Mindful Hooves - 12 Week Equine Therapy Programme

Who it’s for

This programme is designed for adults and older adults. It’s ideal for anyone seeking a gentle, supportive environment to improve wellbeing, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful interaction with horses. No prior experience with horses is needed – everyone is welcome.

What to expect

Each week, you’ll take part in small group session tailored to you need. Activities include grooming, leading horses, gentle movement exercises, and mindfulness practices in a safe, natural setting. 

Sessions are calm, structured, and focused on helping you feel comfortable, supported, and engaged throughout your twelve week journey.
