Share the experience of equine therapy in a small, supportive group. Each session combines hands-on activities with space for reflection, helping you build confidence and connect with others.

Who it’s for

Children, young people and adults who would like to improve their mental health and wellbeing, or SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).

What to expect

Our Wellbeing & Confidence Workshops are relaxed, empowering sessions that combine time in nature, connection with horses, and creative expression. No experience with horses is needed.

Nature Walk & Mindful Breathing

A gentle walk around our peaceful setting, with breathing exercises to help calm the mind and body.

Grooming & Horse Care

Learn how to care for our horses through grooming and simple, grounding routines that build trust and presence.

Obstacle Course Challenge

Work together to design an obstacle course—then gently guide a horse through it. A great way to explore confidence, communication, and teamwork.

Creative Time

Take a mindful moment to draw or create something inspired by the session or your surroundings—no artistic skill needed!

Circle Discussion

We come together to reflect on themes like empowerment, overcoming fear, and what we’ve learned from the horses and each other.
