About Pony Club

The Pony Club is an international voluntary youth charity for young people under the age of 26, interested in horses, ponies, and riding.

The Pony Club is represented in no less than 27 countries with a worldwide membership exceeding 110,000, making it the largest association of young riders in the world.

Training is at the heart of The Pony Club, providing opportunities to build knowledge on improving equine welfare, rider safety and enabling Members to develop lifelong skills, alongside riding, and having fun!

All members also have access to The Pony Club’s Training Pathway where you can achieve Badges, Tests and Awards.

Membership of The Pony Club is open to anyone up to the age of 25. Whether or not you have your own horse or pony, they have a membership option for you.

Why us?

Not only do you get the usual Pony Club excitement of fun, friendship, horsemanship and sport, but to align with our Wagtail values we offer…

• Small, supportive groups
• Inclusive and accessible activities
• Focus on wellbeing and personal development
• Opportunities for confidence building and employability skills
• A welcoming community where everyone matters

At Wagtail Equine Therapy CIC Pony Club, success is not measured by how high you jump or how fast you ride. It is measured by the confidence gained, the friendships formed, the skills learned, and the personal achievements made along the way.
